- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are NO FEES to our clients unless you win. That means there is no risk to you. We take a percentage of whatever we win. This amount is 33 1/3 %. If you ask us to file a lawsuit, that fee goes up to 40%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I want to meet them. We are very selective in the cases that we actually take and I want to know if the client will be a good "partner" who shares the same goals with me as we prosecute the case. Once we decide there is a good fit, my team puts 100% into developing a package that fully explains to an insurance company, ALL of the harms and losses suffered by my client. Because we have already "personalized' our client, we are better able to stand in their shoes as we advocate for them to the insurance company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both an undergraduate degree in business from Abilene Christian University, and a law degree from Pepperdine University. I am licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas to practice law in each and every state court in Texas. I also am privileged to be able to practice in various Federal courts in and around northTexas
