Rohit and his team are a great real estate team in Dallas area. Rohit was really very helpful and proactive in our house sale process. Since we had moved to another state after our house was put on market for sale, he took good care of it and helped address all the issues that came up after the buyer’s home inspection. Being out of town is never easy but he was always quick in responding to all our questions helping in all the paperwork involved in the process and made the sale process much smoother for us. He is very knowledgeable in DFW area real estate and has great negotiation skills. I would highly recommend him as a realtor and will go back to him for our investment home.

Searching a home for first-timers is an experience, this experience can be amazing and full of learning when you have a realtor like Rohit by your side. Our search was spanned across multiple cities of the DFW metroplex, we started with Coppell and Irving, later to Flower mound and finally settled down in Frisco. Rohit knows a lot about the local market. We learned a lot during this journey about the structure of the house, foundation, flooring, and a whole lot. Rohit went above and beyond to obtain the information we needed to purchase our home as well as answering every question we had. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Rohit!
