I’m Pooja Khullar, a real estate investor, licensed agent, and owner of Real Property Management Engage (RPM Engage), serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. I got into property management after facing the same challenge many investors do: finding a team that truly thinks like an owner and focuses on protecting and growing long-term value. Before launching RPM Engage, I spent over a decade working as an environmental and urban planner on large-scale infrastructure and real estate development projects — from high-speed rail and LAX airport improvements to utility infrastructure, Silicon Valley tech campuses, shopping malls, residential communities, and mixed-use developments. That background in planning and operations gave me the tools to think long-term, manage complexity, and deliver results — the same mindset investors need to grow their portfolios.
