- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is fair to everyone with affordable pricing staying the same. *NOT A MOVING COMPANY!! (It cuts into time on the job) Have the best amount of space available as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If customer has diagnosed the Point of problem fully and successfully, I would show up and listen to their problem and find the best solution to getting it taken care of. Now if the customer has little knowledge of what the problem is, I would simply Schudel a time to come access the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
