- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my quotes include mowing, weed eating, edging, and cleaning off the grass clippings. I can also bag the grass if you'd like with an extra $20 disposal fee. Extra charges also apply for the following: hedge trimming ($10 For small hedges and $20 For larger hedges), leaf cleanup( I usually mow the leaves up with my push mower & bagger), fertilizing and weed prevention ( depends on the size of the lawn). I also do junk removal the prices for that vary on the amount of stuff needing to be removed from the property ( I mainly remove furniture, appliances,& electronics). MY PRICES ARE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: $25 for a Small less then 1,000 SQ FT(basically half a duplex), $40 for a Medium 1,000-5,000 SQ FT, $50 for a Large 5,000- 10,000 SQ FT, $60 for a Very Large 10,000+ SQ FT, $80 for a Whole Acre 43,560 SQ FT (THERE IS A $45 EXTRA FEE FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL ACRE.) THERE'S ALSO A $20 FEE FOR ANY THING OVER A FOOT TALL ON ALL SIZE YARDS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always arrive on time and make sure I get as much information from the customer as possible so I know exactly what needs to be done. I like to get the job done right the first time so I can get as many repeat customers as possible. Also I like to get to know my customers on a first name bases to build that personal relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been cutting lawns since I was 10 years old so you could say I have over 21 years experience cut lawns and I've been in business officially for 8 years.
