George Gonzalez of Hard Rock Granite Installation did outstanding work on the job I requested through Thumbtack. He cleaned and restored my old kitchen sink to almost being new, replaced my faucet and my garbage disposal in the time frame he stated he would. I highly recommend this Contractor to everyone.

Needs Communication and technical knowledge. On December 31 he stood their pressing the door release button for the microwave (offending appliance) 20 or so times, spray some WD40 in the door latch points and button, misdiagnosed the cause of the problem, and charge for my home warranty deductible (which is when he revealed he only accepts cash or PayPal when I handed him my credit card), and disappeared. I paid $75 for him to stand in my kitchen and open my microwave repeatedly, then on January 20 I finally had to go get a replacement myself.
