- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everyone's house is different from one another, have their own cleaning requests, so we schedule for a walk through estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment to meet with the potential client at the property needing services. A walk through will take place and during this time the customer will explain in detail their needs and requested times for service. Our representative will take notes of all requests. Total time of walk through depends on the amount of work needed. Within two hours the customer will receive a quote for the needed services discussed during walk-through. If the quote is accepted an appointment will be scheduled for services to be completed.
