- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a walk through and go over a checklist. Ask if there are specific cleaning supplies preferred or any allergies to chemicals or smells. This helps prepare the cleaner arrive with proper supplies and the home owner / client a peace of mind of what will happen in their space the day of services provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an owner operator, I’ve gained 23 years of experience in restaurant management, banking, and exceptional customer service. As a cleaner, all these helped me open my own company. The qualities entail time management, discipline, cleanliness, professional presentation, and above all client satisfaction! ❤️
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Used it as a second income being a single mother and enjoyed it far more than the carear I left. The flexibility and being able to eventually grow my business to give others the same opportunity to work within or branch out.
