- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on what the client is wanting and for how long. As of right now I don't have any package deals. I include full copyrights to photographs as well as an usb drive that contains all photographs taken. As far and editiing and retouching, I promise 10 photographs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We communicate via phone or email and set a time to meet and take photographs. I also give the option to meet prior to session, but leave it up to client. When it comes to bigger jobs, such as events or wedding, I do recommend we meet to talk about event and get a general idea as to what the client wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I aquired most of my training at my previous job, took lengthy courses on how to work with my lighting, and camera. As well as how to capture the best shot under certain kinds of lighting, including night photography and long exposure shots.
