What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In Real Estate there is not usually a standard pricing; I will say, though, that all consultations are FREE and I will work with you to discover what it is exactly that you need and that I can help with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the first step is to find out my customer's needs. Are you looking to buy a home? Sell your home? Invest in real estate? Rent your next home? Lease out your home? I can help determine what the best steps are to meet your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in accounting and management; I feel this make me more logistically adaptable to situations that could arise and might overwhelm less experienced agents.
