To say that Jake is a godsend is an understatement! Upon moving into my new home, I immediately discovered that the previous sellers had left a plumbing nightmare in my laundry closet just as my washer and dryer were about to be delivered. Jake was not only willing to work around my schedule, he also explained what he was doing every step of the way, ensuring that I was okay with the work being done. I am so thankful for Jake’s help! This was a great experience! His day took an unexpected turn but he was sure to update me and kept the lines of communication open! I really appreciate that. Our garbage disposal hadn’t worked since we moved into our new home. He came right in, got his tools out and fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and had a very pleasant personality. We will be utilizing Jake’s services again real soon!
