- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge standard rates that can be found on our website. We are currently running an inflation buster special of 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to your house measure your floors and assess your project. We send you a written quote via email that details what we propose to do and the pricing along with our warranty. We also give you a list of supplies that you are responsible for purchasing. We don't generally provide materials but have good relationships with vendors and know the best place to purchase and look for materials. We require a 50% deposit to get on our schedule we process via credit card for your convenience and peace of mind. The final payment is due when we complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience is hands-on. I have been in the industry for 39 years. I have attended multiple trainings provided to those in the industry. My wife and I are constantly researching and learning about new products and innovations. I know how to not only eliminate issues. I also know how to fix them.
