- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a 2 hour minimum and a trip fee on every job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers we always like for them to understand the process of the job being done. Also we email them a booking confirmation that explains our polices in detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train all new workers to perform at the level that we expect from them before they go out on jobs.
