Sam from Based Service was fantastic. I explained what was happening with my ice maker, the diagnosis I had received from someone else, and why I wasn’t convinced their diagnosis was accurate. Sam got to work and sure enough his diagnosis was different than the previous company. Sam also noticed something else happening with my fridge that wasn’t connected to the ice maker issue and walked me through that concern as well. Sam’s knowledge, confidence, and willingness to answer all my questions was very much appreciated. The cost for all the needed repairs, expected and unexpected, was fair and reasonable. He even offered to look over my washer and dryer quickly to make sure they were good, which they were. This was my first time working with this company but I will absolutely seek them out for future appliance needs and would refer them in a heartbeat.
