I received exceptional service from Integrity Appliance Repair. The diagnosis was accurate and they had the parts needed. The repair was completed and my refrigerator is up and cooling. The company name says it all, no games, no extras, just taking care of business.

Everything about Jorge is first class. He responded quickly to my request for Maytag washing machine repair. He analyzed the problem quickly and had to order a part to complete the repair. When the part was in he contacted me to schedule completion of repair. He arrived on time, installed new part and my machine is running like brand new. He is a very knowledgeable, polite and professional young man. I asked him what other appliances he could repair and without hesitation he said “all of them”. He is now my “go to” appliance repair person and I have shared his contact information with my friends and neighbors. In fact, I’m scheduling a repair for my Kitchen Aide dishwasher today. Thank you Jorge for a job well done for a reasonable price.

Integrity Appliance fixed an issue with our dishwasher and I’d highly recommend them. They were responsive, easy to schedule and the showed up on time. Jorge did a fantastic job fixing my washing machine. He was communicative, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue. My machine is running perfectly again. I would definitely hire him again for future appliance repairs!
