We greatly appreciated the service received from our technician, Jorge. Vermin invaded the storage facility where some of our things are stored and chewed through the hoses/cords on both, washer and dryer. He came to where we were, assessed the needs for replacing the hoses and completed the job promptly. He was knowledgeable, professional and explained the task prior to completing the job.
