- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a small office of professionals and keep our overhead expenses low to offer fair and reasonable fees for our projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know our clients. Each of our clients have their own dreams and drivers behind their project. To develop the brief, we don’t just have to listen to our clients, we have to understand them. This understanding forms the foundations for a successful project. We tell our clients’ story through design. Our understanding allows us to be in tune with our clients’ dreams. Design is the narrative that tells their story, and reflects their personality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mylea and I both have completed Master's Degrees in Architecture at the University of Texas and the Boston Architectural Center, respectively. We love what we do, we’re good at it, and we deliver it! We love the direct relationship between our clients and the buildings we design. What we love even more, is how we are able to transform the way clients live and occupy the designed space, and the difference we can make to the quality of their lives.
