Santos from Studio Mas+ Architect was excellent to work with from the on-site visit to the finished plans. He was very responsive to the needs of my project and how they fit with the needs of the building and site details. I highly recommend Studio Mas+Architect for your project small ( mine a 12x20 shop) to large. Nothing but good thing to say about the entire experience with Santos. Kl

Santos and I have worked together for the past several years. HIs drawings are nice, if changes are needed he responded quickly, he communicates very well with the entire team (architect/client/contractor) and is always up for the challenge of a new project!

Santos and Studio Mas+ Architect’s unique attention to detail are remarkable. We have successfully partnered and completed multiple projects, both residential and commercial. Their unique approach to design was truly appreciated by our clients. They were able to communicate and mediate the clients vision into the drawings that we then built. Santos makes himself always available and attentive to clients needs, even after construction. We could not be happier with them and looking forward to many more projects.

I have not decided to go forward with my project yet, but I was very impressed with Santos and Tan in their response, time and energy they put into meeting with me, returning my phone call even on a holiday weekend, and going over my plans and getting me an estimate so quickly. They were very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them with such great attention to details and great communication skills and habits.

I highly recommend Studio Mas+! I hired them to help design an addition to my home. He listened to our needs, was super flexible and accommodating and helped us create a design that fit within our budget. He went out of his way to work with the city and made sure we got what we wanted and needed while ensuring we were compliant with city code.
