- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
INTERIOR PROJECTS - Are usually an hourly fee or a percentage of the project cost depending on the complexity and scope of the project. RENOVATIONS - Are a percentage of the construction budget. NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION - A percentage of the construction budget that varies based on scope. We also offer A LA CARTE menu of services. Take a look at our website for details under the pricing table.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is fun, open and friendly. The first meeting is figuring out what your needs are. We then begin designing and share our ideas of how we can get you to where you need to be. After a series of design sessions, we then begin to act on the decisions that we have made to make your home a reality.
