- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's like asking "How much is a car?" Each project is unique in it's size, level of detail desired, scope, bells and whistles, complexity, timeline, location, desired technology, which design services make sense for your project and budget. After meeting with you to learn more about your project will will provide a few different packages to select from.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Watch this process video on ou rwebsite under "about" The steps are as follows: 1. Proposal / Retainer/ Client onboarding 2. Site Analysis / As-builts / Site Documentation 3. Design Stages revealing sketches and ideas 4. Once design is approved we move into Floor Plans and Permit Plans 5. 3D and full floor plan emersion experience (optional) 6. Opt in for Interior design or Furniture Space Plan (Optional) 7. Bring in Consultants (Structural Engineer, MEP, Lighting, Landscape, Audio Visual, Technology) (as needed/ as desired) 8. Select Exterior, Interior Materials, Finishes and Furniture as needed. 9. Bid the project for labor. 10. Once budget is approved and construction authorized Construction can begin. 11. Client's can choose us to build, or select their own builder and choose to stay on to nurture the design and uphold the design intent. 12. Construction progresses through its chronological 16 phases. 13. Once construction is completed, we will do a final day for any loose ends and taking photos. 14. Celebrate!

Associate member of the American Institute of Architects Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Houston Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from University of Texas System 20 years of experience.
