With a heavy heart I am writing this review. Despite the negative reviews I had read before booking this company, I really hoped my experience and results would be different. I hired AIG to repair and paint cracks in my house in preparation for selling it. I was a little concerned when he did not provide the pictures of the finished job, but he had sent other photos, so I considered it an oversight. The sale of the house did not go through because the buyers were concerned about the cracks. Since I am not there, I could not understand why they were so bothered about cracks they could not see. What I did not know is that the repairs were extremely obvious - the paint did not match the rest of the ceiling or other areas, at all. I contacted AIG several times. He told me he was out of town and when he returned he would paint over the work. He added that it was a simple fix. It had been almost two weeks, and he has not been back to rectify the issue. In fact, I have not heard from him for days. He has not returned my calls or messages. I am so disappointed because I believed in this company. I trusted that he would get the job done well, but unfortunately, I am another negative review. 😔
