I have a very old house with an outdated electrical system. I wanted to find someone that I could use repeatedly to get projects knocked out one at a time. This time I needed some appliances in the kitchen moved to their own circuit because we kept flipping breakers. Alejandro and his helper came out, gave me an estimate and was back the following week to do the work. And that was only because next week worked better for me. They actually came prepared to do the work on the day of the estimate. I’ve already booked him for another project next week and will continue to use him for all my electrical needs. Friendly, professional, does great work and charges very reasonable rates. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Yanez Electric did a terrific job imqith installing my outdoor lighting. The lights were install as promised even though it was a Saturday. They also did all this with a party going on at the house with multiple guests. I will definitely be hiring Yanez Electric for any other electrical needs that arise.
