This was my first experience using Thumbtack and I'd have to say it was very easy and my overall experience was great. I hired EMP Bartending Service to serve at my Husband's birthday party in our home. In the beginning, we had an issue with the payment method. I don't like to provide my CC info over the phone and EMP payment options were limited. In the end it all worked out. Our Bartender, Jason, was prompt, courteous, and my guess enjoyed the tasty concoctions he served up. Jason showed up with ALL the supplies necessary to turn my kitchen island into a full service bar! After the party, a few friends stayed behind to assist with clean up. They commented on how clean the house was of empty plates and cups. Well, at one point during the party, most of our guest migrated to the patio. I noticed Jason going around the house collecting empties and trash. He really went above and beyond serving tasty beverages. The next day, while putting the liquor away, we noticed Jason had collected tops to the opened bottles in a tupperware bowl. So we were able seal partial bottles and stow away properly. It's those little details of service that we appreciated and it's that level of service that we will remember when we host our next party or offer recommendations to friends or co-workers.

I hired 2 bartenders for a birthday party in Plano, TX for over 100 guest and they definitely kept the drinks coming. There was never a buildup of people waiting at the bar and the bartenders were very friendly and the service was outstanding! I will definitely use EMP Bartending Service again
