- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on a few factors, mainly the number of hours and the number of guests being served.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with providing the customer with the most accurate quote as possible. We make sure that the customer knows exactly what we can and will provide for them. Once hired we work with the customer as the event date nears, making sure that all things are covered. We also assist our customers in figuring out exactly how much alcohol they would need for their event and what types or alcohol/beer/wine is the most popular.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not necessarily continuing education, but we like to frequent some of the cocktail bars in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to see what new drink ideas are being developed and look at trends. We also look at the other bartending services in the area and look for ways that we can make ourselves stand out.
