FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge by the hour. The hourly fee is based on the amount of guests projected to attend, the length of time my services will be needed, and if I can receive tips. Additional fees will be charged if a partial or full bar setup is requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically allow the client to control the flow of communication. I can be very hands-on if that's what is needed, but once the basic requirements of the client has been established I give them space to handle all of the other things they need to take care. The client has enough to deal with...I don't want to be a distraction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a graduate of the Professional Bartending School Association, I am afforded the opportunity to work on my skills at any time. Also, I attend CE courses provided by the staffing agency I work with.
