- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are a set fee for particular installation. Lets say its a toilet installation for each toilet install I have a set fee if its more than 2 toilets I lower my fee. Question as a customer should always keep in open mind. That sometimes your flange could be damaged your cut off valve. Or sometimes all you need is a mechanism repair kit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process to work with a new customers is to get as much information. Aswell as set a free in home estimate and give the customer options and save money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 8 years of experience in plumbing and as a contractor out in California for 12 years I have seen a little bit of everything specially having hands on experience.
