Sergio is great! He helped us make repairs on a 40 year old house so we could get it on the market. Our project spanned quite a range of different things and a couple issues were tricky but he was able to come up with solutions. We sold the house after only 5 days on the market and all of Sergio’s work passed inspection. We have already asked him to help install new water heaters in our own home!

Sergio replaced all the water valves and installed main shut-off valves in my condo. The job entailed cutting off water to entire complex, so he had a specific window of time in which to work. Sergio arrived promptly - even a couple minutes early. He also fixed kitchen faucet and installed blinds, two add-on things I needed done. He was very nice, professional, trustworthy, and he generously gave a discount since i was replacing all the valves. He had to rebuild pipes to attach shut-off valves. His work is highest quality. I will definitely call on him again and refer to everyone I know.

Sergio was great to work with! He even came back after his installation to make sure an adjacent problem was not related to what he fixed earlier in the day! Would certainly recommend him and will be using him later in the week to install a new sink, faucet and gas cooktop.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are a set fee for particular installation. Lets say its a toilet installation for each toilet install I have a set fee if its more than 2 toilets I lower my fee. Question as a customer should always keep in open mind. That sometimes your flange could be damaged your cut off valve. Or sometimes all you need is a mechanism repair kit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process to work with a new customers is to get as much information. Aswell as set a free in home estimate and give the customer options and save money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 8 years of experience in plumbing and as a contractor out in California for 12 years I have seen a little bit of everything specially having hands on experience.
