Customers should know that our pricing reflects the quality of our craftsmanship, the materials selected, and the scope of each project. We provide detailed estimates so there are no surprises, and we make sure to communicate clearly about timelines, allowances, and any potential changes. Transparency is important to us, so all costs are discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer usually begins with an initial consultation and site visit to understand the project vision, timeline, and budget. After that, we put together a detailed estimate and scope of work. Once approved, we move into design/material selections and scheduling. During construction we maintain clear communication, provide updates, and manage all trades on site. At the end, we complete a final walkthrough and address any punch-list items to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our education and training come from years of real estate development, home flipping, and residential construction projects. This includes experience in structural planning, design coordination, building code compliance, project scheduling, and on-site trade management. We’re constantly learning through industry certifications, manufacturer trainings, and updated building practices to ensure we stay current with modern construction standards.
