- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price by the linear foot after that style could change the cost. Such as custom veneers to shaker style doors and drawer front to raised panel doors. Details cost time and material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer a phone conference to gather information about clients preference and needs. As well as talk about cost. Custom Cabinet's are not found on a shelf or picked out online. It is just that Custom ones preference and need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no formal education for Cabinet Maker. Its something you acquire threw teachings form other Cabinet Makers. I've been a Cabinet Maker for 25 years now and still enjoy it.
