Hello! My name is Tyler Gray, and I am the owner of Big Guys Home Services. Our skills are second-generation, passed down from my father, who got into the industry in the 90s and brought me along when I was 11 years old. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with.The remodeling work completely transformed my space attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and great communication every step of the way. They listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that (and more).They also deep cleaned all the carpets in my home, and the difference was night and day. Tyler and his team of professionals will absolutely delight you. We recently had water damage in our home due to a faulty Hot Water Heater and selected Big Guy to perform our replacement work at the recommendation of our Pastor friend.They did an outstanding job! Very high quality work and craftsmanship. Great attention to detail. They were punctual and completed the work ahead of schedule and within budget. There were no hidden cost. Tyler did an excellent job of keeping us informed every step of the work.Tylers level of engagement and professionalism, knowledge and resourcefulness far exceeded our expectations. He actually participated on a call with us and the Insurance company to work through questions regarding the estimate which resulted in a favorable outcome for us.We are extremely pleased with the work and services performed in our home and highly recommend Big Guy Services. We will definitely work with Tyler and Big Guy again.
