Very fast very professional great value for the price and our carpet where our ridiculous cat tore up the carpet right at the threshold of the door to 2 bedrooms looks like nothing ever happened!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know them, know there story and what they want. I will go to there house and measure, offer free estimates, show samples of what they want. Give them a reasonable and competitive price and if they agree we schedule an installation date and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for major companies, Empire and Home Depot.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It is a passion I always had and to help people and see them happy. Family owned. I started when I was younger and ever since then I love doing it.
