- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mark Wootton, the GM/Chef of Garden Cafe started washing dishes in high-school. He quickly fell in love with the environment of a professional kitchen. After many years of asking, possibly, too many questions, and working under many different Chefs, he took over his father's restaurant. In July of 2010 the restaurant experienced a steady revitalization of his father's original goals for the space. We are constantly focused on the never ending search for top quality food made from the best ingredients available and served with an incomparable level of 'feeling' and love in preparation and delivery.
