I wanted to do something different for my wife's birthday and after getting a referral from a business associate I called Jake at South Water Provisions. We discussed my ideas and he was very accommodating. I explained that I wanted a fully catered, surprise party meal held at a rented facility and only had an approximate number of guests. Jake said he could handle that and also made some suggestions to improve the outcome. I went with his suggestions and could not have been more pleased. The party went off without a hitch. We had a few more people show up than expected but had plenty of food (which was outstanding!). Service by his staff was top notch. And I didn't have to go over my budget to get what I wanted. The bottom line for me is that Jake did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. He worked with me on my requests, not a prepackaged offering. He is a great chef. I can make a great dish or even meal for my family. Jake delivered a great meal for just over 50 people and it seemed (to us anyway) that he did it effortlessly. Since I am in business for myself, I pay very close attention to how others run their businesses and treat their customers. After working with Jake at South Water Provisions Co. I will not only refer others to him, I will look for opportunities to use him again both personally and professionally.

I just want to say thank you to Jake at South Water a provisions for catering my family reunion. We wanted to try something different than we usually do. So I looked around and found South Water Provisions. He had so many options on his menu but we decided to go with the Prociutto and Chicken Vesuvio. WOW! My family loved it. I will definitely be using his services again is all I can say!

I was born into the food industry with both sides of my family in the meat and produce business i learned to so much about food from being around it all the time that I took so much from what I learned along the way and built a career around it.
