So what rating is better than "outstanding?" Because that is what Roger and his team deserve. Every detail imaginable was thought of and taken care of. He worked nonstop all night, as well as his 2 assistants, to ensure the evening went perfectly. In the days leading up to my husband's birthday party, he was so dependable, so available, and so reassuring to me to help me make this a superior evening. And it was! The food was delicious! At my request, he prepared for us a traditional Brazilian feast of feijoada along with a tantalizing charcuterie board and other hot, freshly grilled hors d'oeuvres to begin the evening. He thought of and brought everything (up 2 flights of stairs- no less)! Beautiful serving dishes, linens, silverware, plates, even glasses for all of the drinks. He made as delicious caipirinhas for drinks and his wife/partner made a to-die-for 20 layer chocolate cake that everyone raved about! I could not have pulled off this event without Roger's monstrous effort and flawless execution. Preparedness, food, service, personality, and the cleaning up afterward all deserve the highest rating. And even with all of that, he worked with me on the price beforehand. Several guests asked for his information. Well done, Roger. You chose the right line of work because I could not imagine anyone being better st what they do than you!

Roger was such a professional in everything from booking to service. Everyone enjoyed the food he provided to our charity event. He even offered to help with setting up part of the room, which he was not contractually obligated to do.
