    $100 for them to repeat what I told them. Battery won't charge. They wanted $180 in advance I said no so they said ok how about 100 in advance. They had no idea what was causing my battery to not charge. Just repeated what I told them. But now my speakers hum. They did say they would transfer my data if I buy a new laptop. Any first grader can do that. Waste of money.
