- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have a standard pricing system, depending on the service being required. Life Coaching/Vocational and disability counseling are set, with the possibility of a sliding scale, which is included in the quote. If you are seeking more specialty services such as a vocational evaluation there is a price per day schedule, vocational expert services have their own demands and rates are set accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As with any counseling office, my first session with the client is to allow us to both explore the relationship and develop trust. Depending on the service an intake session may last up to 50 minutes or may need to be schedule for two sessions. As we progress in those first sessions the client begins to set the long term goal upon which short term goals can be made and worked on between sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a life long learner. I not only take courses to stay abreast of changes in my field, but I read many articles, social media posts, contribute to many discussions, and network with many in my field. You may read some of my own articles on my website.
