- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client's call is answered, we make an appointment to see the project, it is analyzed, it is given information about the procedure, the materials, material costs, recommendations, and the price of labor, we analyze the proposals and if it is reached An agreement sets the date to work (when material is included, the client usually always provides an advance for the purchase of material and at the end of the work the rest of the agreed amount is paid, if the client is in charge of the material, it is come to an agreement for payment.

Currently, due to the situation we are going through in this area, I am stopped improving this and I will continue preparing to obtain some certificates.
