I hired LC Excavation to demolish existing kitchen and make it ready for new cabinets and appliances to be instaled. lt included rerouting electrical wiring and piping, putting in a new floor etc. The demo was done quickly, clean and very professional. They kept noise and dust under more control then expected. Demo is a messy job! The preping for future installation brought some issues, but they were solved quickly and satifactory. The communication before and during process was very good. It saved time and stress and minimized my inconvenience of living in the middle of all of it. Very professional. I'd use them for other projects if occassion arises. Thank you, Kyle.

I have used LC Excavation and Construction for many years (over 10). I am a General Contractor. They charge a very fare price. They show up when they say they will. They do the work they agree to do. I do not have to look over their shoulder as they do the work correctly the first time. They are very easy to work with.

We charge for man and machine working on site. We charge per load of demolition trash hauled away. Generally, the closer to a dump you are the better the pricing.

We price the job and the customer decides if they want to do the work.

We have 30 year of experience working in the Dallas Texas area. We have completed demolition safe procedures training for our insurance company.
