- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are hourly and are clearly set forth in an engagement letter with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we meet with the client to discuss issue(s), objectives and goals. Then, if we agree to take the case, we enter into and engagement agreement with the client. Throughout the case, we have constant communication with the client to further their stated goals. Not less than once every month, the client receives a detailed list of everything that has taken place in their case since the last report. This is done to always keep the client informed.
