Holly is so sweet! She is super quick and responsive. You can tell by talking to her that she provides this service from her heart. She asked so many questions about my puppy and provides a comfortable space for the pets that she sits. Her rates are phenomenal and when I need to have my puppy boarded, she will most definitely be my first call.

Holly was very helpful- I’d just had surgery and needed a walker for my dog until my Dr td me I could. She helped me out and my dog liked her!

I was really worried to find the “right” place for my Remi. Boy have my expectations been far exceeded with Holly! I can’t recommend her more. She sent me updates while I was away on business. It was wonderful to see him again upon my return but I am not sure if he was happier to see me or more sad to leave Holly and Gage. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much to help decrease my stress while I was away.

Loved this business. She was able to take our Black Lab on short notice. Good value for the service. Answered the phone when I called about my pet and let me know how she was doing. Even gave me some tips on training for my Lab. Very helpful and knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. Will definitely be using Dallas Critter again.

I am more than reasonably priced. I do this because taking care of animals is a passion. I aim to exceed your expectations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to have phone conversation, text or meet prior depending on situation and time contraints etc. I am flexible and understand my clients lead busy lives. I can invoice remotely or take payment to secure your pups place for date & time of drop off.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in shelters since I was very young and have had my own furr children. I have worked with horses and dogs most of my life. I have over 30 years experience caring for all kinds of animals & training them. I understand that each furr baby has unique needs.
