I do not recommend this plumber at all! We established a time and date for him to come to my home for a quote and/or fix the plumbing issue. However, he no showed. I called him at 115PM to ask him if he got lost or if was on the way. His response, "I am about 5 minutes away because of slow traffic and I needed gas". It is now 3:34PM and I have not heard from him nor received a phone call. I do not like bad Customer Service, so I hope if you decide to go with this person, there is a high probability he will not show up.

I am very sorry that I did not make the appointment. I thought maybe you needed more references and that's why you didn't want me to go. I was not clear on that .And if I can make it up to you I would. I can go by and unclog or install a faucet or toilet for free if you would like my services. Very sorry you missed a day of work And the missed comunication.
