Benjamin arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He took some video to show us how clogged up our dryer vent ducts were. (We have 2 dryers due to a large family.) They had never been cleaned in the 19 years of our home's existence. It is little wonder that our dryers took multiple runs to get the clothes dry. Benjamin took video as the lint was flying out the outside vent to show us just how clogged up we really were. Our dryers are already running so much better and we only have to dry things one time. I would encourage anyone not to wait a long time before doing this as your clothes dryer will be much more efficient with clean ducts. I will likely have this company out in the future to clean our air conditioning air ducts but they are all new right now. My thanks to this company for a great job. It was slightly more expensive than I anticipated but that is because a deep cleaning was required after nearly 2 decades of inattention.
