Jerry did an excellent job of cleaning our firebox and chimney. He did a thorough inspection and concluded that it had not been cleaned before. The house is 4 years old and we purchased it from seller last year but never used it. He gave us an option of doing a brush cleaning job ($89) or a deeper clean to remove the cresole that was built up ($299). Based on the condition of the fireplace, I felt that a deeper clean was needed. It was done and he did an excellent job, and spent time educating us on the fireplace. We were so impressed with him and his honesty, we asked him to add us to their customer database and come out next year around the same time to clean the chimney.
This experience was different from the experience with another chimney service that was out last week. That technician spent a total of 10 minutes at our home: doing the inspection, review of over a dozen photos, giving us an estimate of needed repairs and getting paid. The photos shown us appeared to not be of our chimney (our fireplace was coated with soot but the inside of the chimney photos he shown us (in my opinion) did not represent our chimney and looked pristine without sealant in the seams. This was confusing since the photo of the fireplace and chimney top were covered with soot. How did the smoke get from fireplace to the chimney top without leaving soot along its path? That technician told us that we needed to do $1,200 worth of repairs. I had suspicion that because we were senior citizens, that we were being misled. We opted to get a second opinion. Glad we did.
No chimney repair was needed -- just a good and deep cleaning. Kudos to Jerry and NOA for their honesty and integrity. Thank you.

Our prices are subject to change depending on condition.
We have a 10% off discount for senior citizens, veterans, police officers, firemen, doctors, and nurses.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by scheduling an appointment for a free estimate and inspection. After the inspection we give our customers a detailed break down of the findings from the inspection. Following that, we discuss all the options and prices available.
