FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Safe Air Duct & Chimney, we believe in clear and honest pricing. Every home and project is different, so the final price depends on the condition of the system, accessibility, materials, equipment, and the exact scope of work. Whenever possible, we can provide an estimated price range using photos, property details, and a brief consultation. If an on-site inspection fee is required, it will always be explained before the appointment. In many cases, the inspection fee may be waived when the customer approves the recommended service. Our technician will explain the findings, review the available options, and confirm the price before any additional work begins. No additional service is ever completed without the customer's approval. Our goal is to provide excellent value, dependable workmanship, and a long-term solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Safe Air Duct & Chimney, we make the process clear, professional, and stress-free from the first conversation to the completion of the project. We begin by learning about the customer's concerns and the service they need. Photos, videos, and basic property information can help us provide faster and more accurate guidance. Our office then schedules a convenient appointment and provides clear communication regarding the technician's arrival. During the visit, the technician carefully evaluates the chimney, fireplace, air duct system, or attic area and documents any important findings. We clearly explain the condition, show photos whenever possible, and provide practical options based on safety, performance, and budget. Once the customer approves the work, our team protects the surrounding area and completes the service using professional equipment, quality materials, and careful workmanship. After the service is completed, we perform a final quality check and review the results with the customer. Our team remains available afterward to answer questions and provide continued support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience and ongoing professional training in chimney, fireplace, air duct, ventilation, and attic insulation services. Our technicians are trained in chimney and fireplace inspections, chimney cleaning, creosote removal, chimney repairs, caps, crowns, flashing, masonry, waterproofing, fireplace services, gas log systems, air duct cleaning, sanitation, ductwork repair, duct replacement, and attic insulation services. We also focus on proper equipment operation, job-site safety, home protection, and identifying common fire, moisture, ventilation, and indoor air quality concerns. Our team continues to review professional methods, safety procedures, industry standards, and new equipment so we can provide dependable recommendations and high-quality workmanship on every project.
