- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m competitive and fair. I will allow a customer to supply material but they have to go by the list I make them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always explain in detail what the issue is. Cause, effect, then remedy. There’s no reason to not be transparent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates degree in residential and commercial electrical (2009) and 12 years experience. I also teach at Dallas College for their electrical training programs.
