I had a garage floor with major slab issues causing two different epoxy and moisture vapor barrier failures. I was beginning to believe it was hopeless until I talked to Expert coatings. Within two days they removed the failed last attempt at epoxy flooring and installed a perfect three layered solution that has thrived ever since. I can’t recommend them enough.

Mark and his crew were very easy to work with and were able to quote a very messy garage at the beginning without too much trouble. They then did an amazing job getting everything looking amazing on our floors. We had a safe that was in the way that they worked around the garage floor. Layout is a little bit extra and they did a wonderful job getting in closets and storage areas overall great experience would recommend.

Details: Garage • 1,001 - 1,500 sq ft • No major cracks or chips in the floor • Residential

Excellent experience from start to finish!

I’m extremely happy with the work Expert Coatings did on my garage floor. The result turned out absolutely amazing — clean, professional, and exactly the textured, non-slip finish I was hoping for. The floor looks modern, durable, and completely transformed the garage.

The team was very professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. They explained the process clearly, prepared the concrete properly, and delivered high-quality results as promised. The workmanship really shows, and the value for the price is excellent.

I highly recommend Expert Coatings to anyone looking for a high-quality epoxy garage floor. You can tell they take pride in their work — I would definitely use them again.
