- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just ask! We try to provide a guesstimate based on job type, but we love what we do so don’t be afraid to ask question!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it comes to wedding and engagement, we strongly recommend meeting in person over coffee or lunch (our treat) to discuss goals, themes, and learn the personality of our clients. No way better to capture the moments than to learn the people behind the lens, right? We also like to be able to see Pinterest/Instagram photos of ideas that have been captured so we can get a grasp of the taste of the bride(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple courses (digital, Lightroom, etc.) and Meetup Groups.
