- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a meeting in person or online and if not possible email is just fine. After reading the contract, filling out the information and signing, the client puts down a 20% hold date deposit. We like to find out what type of style of photography you are looking for, so this is included with the information form. We also give you pose list and these are the basic poses for after the ceremony for group shots. After your wedding depending on the volume of business that we have, it will take 60 to 90 days to edit and color correct all your images. We open an online gallery for you to look at and down load from while your thumb drive is being mailed to you. You receive the rights to the images, so you may get them printed from whomever you wish.

Associates Degree in Graphic Arts, Photography, proficient in photoshop, and lightroom.
