I would have liked there to have been more done to seal some of the other entry points where rodents my still get into my home. I also would have liked the area in my garage to have been sanitized better. But I will continue to get that done myself. All and all Manny has done a good job getting rid of the rat he found in the crawl space in my home, and I'm thankful for his one-year warranty for any future rodent problems that may happen. He is pleasant to work with. Thanks.

Manuel did an excellent job getting rid of rats in my attic. He was very informative about the entire process and clearly knew where to place the traps. On the very first day, the traps caught most of the rats (the big ones). He also cleaned up the droppings and made sure the attic was safe.
What I really appreciated was that he did not try to push me into buying expensive treatments or unnecessary insulation changes. Instead, he focused on solving the problem quickly and effectively.
I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, honesty, and results.
