GCR did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel. They were punctual, great communicators, professional, and the result reflects their attention to detail and craftsmanship. The crew picked this project up halfway in. Demo, electrical and plumbing had already been completed so they picked this project up at the build back stage. The bed and bathroom were stripped to studs when they started. They listened to our requests and vision and had excellent suggestions, such as lining up the closet and bathroom doorways. The crew that worked the project were on time and stayed until 5pm every weekday. They asked questions for clarity as they worked through the project.
Both project managers were very responsive when I reached out and came on the final day for walk through. We are already talking about hiring them for a tiling project and a future kitchenremodel.
I cannot recommend them enough. It’s hard to find this level of professionalism these days.

Arthur, Jaime and the team at GCR were always punctual, communicative and professional. Very happy I chose them to remodel two bathrooms. They were proactive and clearly communicated what was needed from me, and the separation of responsibilites between myself and their team.
I also want to call out something that I thought was admirable. The building I live in has old pipes, and one of the pipes burst. One of my lower level neighbors had a leak in their ceiling due to it. GCR fixed the issue, and in addition created a relationship with the person and worked on renovations for them. I thought it was great they were able to take a bad situation, and make a positive out of it.

We had our bathroom remodel done by GCR Construction and the crew worked together like a well oiled machine. Arthur, Jamie, Fernando and Umbre were very professional and when anything came up they were able to come up with solutions to make sure everything was done properly. Pricing varies, in construction so many things can change the way estimates are worked out. But we are always competitive in pricing and try to accommodate all clients to their needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide a written estimate. If everything looks good to the client. we will set a start date and give an approximate date of completion. I try to be as transparent as possible so the my clients don't come across any surprises.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this business because of my father. He has been doing this over 30 years and is still in the business. We actually work together with someone with over 30 years of experience on the same team we can handle just about any job.
