- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are based off the inspection. We charge a service fee of $49. The fee is waived if we are hired. We offer discounts for senior citizens, military and veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact and schedule an on site estimate. We will perform an inspection to find any issues and provide a solution and estimate. Then schedule our customer to perform work on the same day or later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has worked in the chimney industry for many years. Before owning our own chimney service, we worked and trained under top notch professionals.
