Introduction: Because I am a very attentive Trainer and always aware of how my client is performing a exercise. Additionally I become very in-tuned with my clients body and know how they are progressing even if the client is not aware of this. Seeing clients/athlete improve their physical shape and fitness. The novelty experience is a athlete/client will learn or improve their body in a way they did not expect too!

I have worked w Ramsey for over 10 years. He is clearly the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever had. He does push you to succeed but in a friendly sort of way . He is fun and had an uncanny ability to know just how hard to push. I have had excellent results and eould recommend him highly. Definitely the best trainer I have had. ( had several ) . Also as an aside he is great with nutrition and training regimens for specific sports

Wow! What a difference a truly educated trainer makes! Ramsey is so knowledgeable and intuitive - he wants you to reach your goals and he makes you want to reach them. He set me up on a customized circuit and cardio program designed for my needs and took into consideration my limitations and my goals. I have seen the results of other men and women he trains and I have seen results of my own in just 3 weeks - This trainer is the real deal! I am inspired!

Ramsey is a consummate personal trainer. His years of experience in the field are exhibited by his fundamental approach to weight training and conditioning. He has a very good knowledge of weight training techniques, nutrition, and stretching. He has a balanced approached to fitness which, as a physician I appreciate. He offers good schedule flexibility and timely reminders. You cannot do better!

I have trained with Ramsey for over 20 years, 2 to 3 times per week, one hour per session. As a result, at 57, I am still the same size and weight as I was in high school! He is a educated professional and has addressed various issues with me, including chronic drop foot and rehab of injuries over the years. He researches new training methods and incorporates them into our sessions. I will probably train with Ramsey my whole life!
